.
I believe this is pure heaven.
Let’s hope more monarchs think so too!
Here in Ohio, the Department of Natural Resources is urging people to plant milkweed- it seems that the monarch butterfly population has gone down here in recent years…
Good to know. I hope people respond … wherever they are!
A perfect example of pictures saying more than words!
thank you! really what words can express such wonder?
Wonderful post, Scott! Thanks for setting it up to share this way, I think it’s pretty awesome. 🙂
yeah … what a journey!
I saw a few fat caterpillars in my garden the other day. It won’t be long now.
That’s great news. I saw more caterpillars in our patch last year, but I never found any chrysalides. So, this year, I helped one along.
I just saw one today. Only the sixth one I’ve seen all summer, but compared to seeing none last year it seems like a lot!
Yes, let’s hope that’s an upward trend!
Poetry and science on the wing!
Love that combination!
Love this!
I’m glad!
Just gorgeous, Scott
Thanks, Monica. I must agree!
This is your best post ever!
