.
so wonderful, Scott – I have been thinking about planting milkweed. One is supposed to plant the type native to the area, so I need to do my homework.
Yeah, great idea! This common milkweed is apparently native to quite a range here in the east: https://plants.usda.gov/core/profile?symbol=ASSY
Three years huh? Guess I better plant some sooner rather than later. Pretty little flower. No wonder monarchs like them. Great shots!
Third spring from seed, that is, and worth the wait!
